Revelations 21 reads Then I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away and there was no long any sea. I saw the Holy City of the new Jerusalem, coming down from heaven from God, prepared as a bride beautifully dressed for her husband....

The wall was made of Jasper and the city of pure gold, as pure as glass. The foundations f the city walls were decorated with every kind f precious stone. The first foundation was jasper, the sec0nd sapphire, the third chalcedony, the fourth emerald, the fifth sardonyx, the sixth carnelian, the seventh chrysolite, the eighth beryl...

If we believe in Jesus, that he is the Son of God, we will go to heaven. Heaven is a place with a city called new Jerusalem and the earth will be made new and new Jerusalem will be placed on the earth and we will live with God. It is a promise. When loved ones die who know Jesus we have the wonderful assurance that we will see them again, with God, and perhaps at the wall of new Jerusalem. What an amazing sight!

We made walls and streets of gold today to remind us how precious that day will be!

Nathan held his wall up high!

Justinian the Great made his out of pure carnelian.

Caleb's wall has a decorated pattern.

I'm pretty certain we won't see weaponry on the new Jerusalem wall but just in case Joel added a ballistic site.
Thank you Memma Shebby! reads the sign! We love the wobble board and the plasma car you sent for Jack's birthday and our group! Hopefully next year Memma Shebby will be able to join us for a Muscles in Motion!

Kyle the mad man driving the plasma car! Watch out!

Tiffany should be a plasma car model!

Claire made a fantastic wall for new Jerusalem.

Kaleigh's barrett looks like carneilian. We discussed the similarity with her class.

Beatrice's streets of gold are perfect! Like glass!

Amanda's wall was diagional -- very cool!
Travis' wall is fantastic!

Isaac, always prepared and always brilliant, decided to build the pearl gates of the wall of new Jerusalem. He cut the foam board with his Leatherman and then placed jewels in the pearls to make a sparkling gate.

Melissa's street of gold is beautiful with real ridges.

Chris is always pinch hitting for us. Today I came late and Donna had to leave right away to tend to Grace. Chris jumped in and started cutting -- he even calculated and measured! Thanks Chris!

Now that I look at this picture I realize that Isaac could have cut his finger off. He was holding the foam board and cutting with his sharp Leatherman. Amazing what you miss when you're not focusing.

Dr. Lynnea, scientist supreme, had us dissect diapers today. Hopefully she'll email me the scientific explanation!

Noah was very proud of his piece of the wall of New Jerusalem.

Yes, I know he didn't even come to CC today because his big sister Grace was sick, but this is a picture from Sunday, and let's face it, Caleb Henry is just too precious to not show his picture.
Beauty is defined in so many ways. One that must please God is teaching his word in a loving manner. Here Christine is huddled with her sweet class and reading a book that corresponds to our science sentence on oceans.

Amanda and Kyle became very creative with their wall of New Jerusalem.

Evan's wall was outstanding! Good job Evan!

Nathan has a beautiful street in New Jerusalem!

Stephanie and Jordan show off their walls!

Stephanie is so beautiful!

Amanda's page

Amanda requests her own page each week. She is always willing to pose for her page. Be sure to leave comments for Amanda!

Grace is the new big sister! She's the best big sister ever!

Brian did a great job in art today!

Chris, the tall guy, is Noah's dad. He not only helps with CC but he does a remarkable job cleaning each week. Thank you Chris! Pastor Jimmy always defers my gratitude for allowing to use this facility by explaining that this is God's building. So, Pastor Jimmy graciously allows us to use the building God entrusted to him. Thank you Pastor Jimmy.

Madison is truly a princess.

Game time during lunch!

Jill, a professional ballet instructor and her son Justin taught us ballet in Muscles in Motion this afternoon. We sashayed, jumped and twirled.

Jack's ballet moves are inspirational.

Pammy's head nearly hit the ceiling!

Brian was quite proud of his ballet moves. Jill will have to add the correct grammar so I don't mess it up too badly!

Ethan and Evan playing with legos after CC.
